Our client John Dole III, while robbing lobsters from the local grocery store by grabbing them out of a tank and stuffing them in his pants suffered minor but severe injures to his person. He sued the store for not having signs warning shoppers not to rob lobsters. He said in his opening testimony "I would have gone after the hot dogs or something like that if their had been warning that the lobsters could be potentially dangerous!"
We are expecting a guilt verdict and at least a billion dollars in compensation.
